How can I return my purchase?

  • We want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase! You have up to 30 days after purchase to return your item for your money back or exchange. Please email us @ shopmadisonrenee@gmail.com or reach out to us on social media to begin the process.

Will you be restocking this item?

  • We will try to restock our most popular items, but depending on supply, can’t always make that happen. It is often very hard to get the same exact item twice, that's why you should buy it the first time you see it! 

Who makes this item/how will it fit?

  • We will put the label/brand into the description of every item. We will try to put sizing information as well if it is available to us. You can always reach out us via email @ shopmadisonrenee@gmail.com or on social media with any questions that aren't answered in the description!

How will I know when my order has shipped?

  • You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email directly from UPS or USPS as soon as your item has shipped.
